On December 18, 1983, Omicron Beta Omega Chapter was chartered by 17 courageous women, and several of these members continue to serve as dedicated life members.  Through the years, our chapter has striven to embrace and cultivate the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporate motto, “Service to All Mankind.” Remaining true to our mission, the members of Omicron Beta Omega Chapter are focused on “Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood” through six International Program Initiatives:
